Karen is an NMLS licensed mortgage loan originator and has been with ORNL FCU since 2015.  She began her career in the mortgage industry in 2001 in Morristown. She enjoys getting to know our members and welcoming new members into our credit union family. She is proud to be able to offer cutting edge loan products and services. Tailoring loans to member’s personal needs is very important, and she is happy that she’s part of a cooperative that focuses on always doing what is right for the member.

Kyria joined ORNL FCU’s mortgage lending department in 1998. She spent her first seven years as a Mortgage Processor and has been a Mortgage Loan Originator working in the Oak Ridge Branch for 10 years.

Renata started with the credit union in 1998 and has worked in the mortgage industry ever since. She has actually been in the banking industry her entire life, starting when she was just 15 years old! She has worked as a File Clerk, Teller, Consumer Loan Officer, and Member Services Supervisor — all at various credit unions across the United States and abroad. Renata has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University at Sacramento and has received numerous production awards from the Knoxville Mortgage Brokers Association – Bronze, Silver, and Gold.

• I am a native Californian. I’m now a Tennessee transplant married to a former Air Force pilot who is a Tennessean and UT alumni.
• We lived in England for three years before coming to Knoxville in 1998.
• I am definitely all VOL, as my children now attend UTK!
• I love Golden Retrievers! I have owned 5 of them total, but currently have two, Duke & Ellie.

Tracy began her banking career in 1987 as a teller. She achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tusculum College in 1991 while working full time. After graduation she moved into a management role with Bank of America. In 2005 Tracy made the transition to ORNL FCU as a commercial lender and is currently the Construction Lending Manager. Tracy is active with several home builders associations in the market and a member of the Parade of Homes committee. She has been involved with the Knoxville Chamber Membership Committee, is an Ambassador for the Oak Ridge Chamber, and is a member of the Operations Committee for the United Way of Greater Knoxville.

• I am a member of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church and have been a Stephen Minister since 2016.
• I love to work on family history and am a member of the Samuel Frazier Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution.
• I designed my home to accommodate a large scrapbook room to hold my supplies and have friends over to crop.

Roy has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in Economics and has worked with both Hamblen and Sevier Counties’ Chamber of Commerce.

Heather has been providing mortgage loans for 20 years. She attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and served on the Board of the Knoxville Mortgage Bankers Association for three years. Mortgage lending is never a dull moment for Heather, as she loves a good challenge! 

• I have been married for 22 years!
• I have 2 teenage sons, Blake and Cole, as well as 2 boy dogs, Cowboy and Scooby — so I am outnumbered!
• My house loves football and fishing. Blake, 17, is a senior who plays football and Cole, 15, fishes on the high school team — which my husband co-captains!
• I attend Grace Baptist Church and love it!
• I’m probably the only person that doesn’t like pizza, or pineapples. So I would say pineapple does NOT belong on pizza!
