**Financial Institute and Paychex 4th Quarter 2021 Promotion (the “Promotion”) is provided pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth below. All payroll services are provided by Paychex. Some restrictions and limitations may apply. The Promotion begins on October 1, 2021 and runs through January 31, 2022.

(“Promotion Effective Dates”), with the client’s first run date on or before February 28, 2022. The Financial Institute business owners who meet all of the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be eligible to receive a setup fee discount from Paychex. Paychex Setup Fee Discount: The Financial Institute members who meet all of the terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be eligible to receive two hundred dollars ($200.00) off from their payroll setup fee.

To receive a Paychex Setup Fee Discount, the Financial Institute business owner must be (1) referred to Paychex by the Financial Institute during the Promotion Effective Dates; (2) become a Paychex customer; (3) process their first payroll with Paychex by February 28, 2022.

The Financial Institute customers who process payroll on a quarterly or annual basis are not eligible for the Promotion.

The maximum discount permitted in combination with the Paychex Setup Fee Discount is fifteen percent (15%).

The Paychex Setup Fee Discount may only be applied against eligible Paychex services as described and may not be converted to U.S. dollars or refunded.

Except as agreed to by Paychex this Promotion cannot be combined with other offers.

The Paychex Setup Fee Discount earned in this Promotion will be applied only to the Financial Institute customer’s setup fees for payroll processing, tax payment services, employee pay services, and any bundled service package and limited as described above. This Promotion is subject to termination at any time at the sole discretion of Paychex.
