MORTGAGE SUPPORT

If you’re experiencing financial hardship due to the government shutdown and are concerned about your mortgage, please reach out to us. Our dedicated team is here to provide support and explore solutions that can help ease the burden during this time.

 

ORNL FCU Mortgage (Loans in Process): 

We are actively monitoring the situation and will continue to communicate with members whose loans may be affected. If additional documentation or adjustments are needed due to the shutdown, our team will reach out directly to guide you through the next steps.

For loans currently being serviced by 7 Servicing, we are here to support you through the impacts of the government shutdown. We understand that financial challenges can arise even when your home isn’t directly impacted. If you're facing hardship due to the government shutdown and its effect on your income, we’re here to help.
 
ORNL FCU is committed to supporting our members through difficult times. Please keep us informed of your situation, our team is ready to work with you to explore a variety of options that may fit your needs.

 

Skip-A-Pay:

Members can log into digital banking and select the transfer and pay option, this drop-down will provide the Skip-A-Pay option or you can call 800.676.5328 / 800.ORNLFCU for assistance. The Skip-A-Pay fee will be waived through October 31.

 

Quick Loan:

Members with payroll, retirement, or other direct deposits who need quick access to cash may qualify for a Quick Loan. Apply in Online or Mobile Banking under Accounts > Quick Loan.

  • Loan amounts from $200–$1,000
  • No Credit Check
  • Max Term 6 Months
  • Quick Loan Fee will be waived through October 31 

 

ORNL FCU Personal Government Shutdown Consumer Loan*:

  • Loan amounts from $500-$15,000
  • Loan amounts are calculated based on 2Xs your monthly salary
  • Max term 24 Months
  • Payment will start (up to) 90 days from initial disbursement.

Apply online for support options and/or registration into this program. Payments will start in 90 Days from initial disbursement.
