If you have been impacted by Hurricane Helene, we are here to support you with a range of resources, flexible payment options, and relief programs.

 

CONSUMER LOAN OPTIONS & SUPPORT:

We recognize that disasters, even those not involving your home, can lead to financial challenges. If you’re facing financial hardship due to the disaster affecting your income, we are here to assist. Our credit union is committed to supporting individuals through financial difficulties, so please keep us informed. ORNL FCU offers a variety of options that may be suitable for your needs.

 

Skip-A-Pay:

Members can log into digital banking and select the Transfer and Pay option, this drop-down will provide the Skip-A-Pay option or you can call the following number for assistance. For impacted zip codes, the Skip-A-Pay fee will be waived through October 31.

 

Quick Loan:

Members with payroll, retirement, or other direct deposits who need quick access to cash may qualify for a Quick Loan. Apply in Online or Mobile Banking under Accounts > Quick Loan.

  • Loan amounts from $200-$1,000
  • No Credit Check
  • Max Term 6 Months
  • Quick Loan Fee will be waived through October 31 

 

ORNL FCU Disaster Relief Loan*:

  • Loan amounts from $500-$15,000
  • Loan amounts are calculated based on 2Xs your monthly salary
  • Max term 24 Months
  • No payment for 90 Days
  • 9% Rate

Apply online for support options and/or registration into this program. Payments will start in 90 Days from initial disbursement.

MORTGAGE SUPPORT

If your home has been damaged by the hurricane and you’re concerned about the financial impact, please reach out to us. Our dedicated Team is here to offer solutions to help you recover.

 

ORNL FCU Mortgage (Loans in Process): 

We are actively evaluating FEMA's designated Disaster Area and will be reaching out to those members impacted for additional inspection requirements.
