What Can You Ask Easton?

For example, you can say:

Here are some helpful tips when speaking to Easton:

  • Speak clearly and avoid background noise.
  • Say "main menu" or "go back" if you need to start over.
  • Say "talk faster" or "talk slower" to adjust Easton's speed.
  • Say "agent" at any time to be connected to one of Easton’s friends in the Call Center.
  • To complete banking transactions you will be asked to enter the last 7 digits of your account number and your telephone banking PIN. If you do not have a PIN or do not remember it, just say, "I forgot my PIN." Easton will help you set it up.
