DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO FRAUD
Fraudsters are sophisticated. They can spoof the ORNL FCU phone number to make it look like the call is coming from us. Just remember, if someone is requesting sensitive information from you by phone, email, or text message, you should hang up the phone, do not click, and do not reply.
ORNL Federal Credit Union will never:
• Request direct access to your computer.
• Ask you for verification codes, usernames, passwords, or PINs.
• Direct you to purchase gift cards or transfer money using Venmo, Cash App, or other payment services.
If you are unsure about any call or message you receive, dial us directly at 800.676.5328. You can also stop by your local branch.
